What’s on offer 6-month contract with strong potential for extension or longer-term opportunity Part-time role (3–4 days per week with flexibility depending on experience) Perth CBD location Exposure to Australian and global governance environments (Melbourne, London, North America) Work within a structured but fast-paced governance team Opportunity to build long-term capability in corporate governance and compliance About the role You will play a key role in supporting the governance, compliance, and administrative management of approximately 70 corporate entities. This role requires accuracy, strong organisation, and the ability to manage structured processes across multiple priorities. Key responsibilities include: Maintain statutory records and entity data across ~70 corporate entities Support ASIC filings and ongoing compliance obligations Prepare standard resolutions and governance documentation using templates Coordinate execution of legal documents (DocuSign and wet ink where required) Manage entity records within governance systems (Diligent Entities / Blueprint) Support annual compliance cycles and reporting requirements Maintain corporate registers, records, and document control systems Assist with invoicing, credit card reconciliations, and general administration Liaise with Executive Assistants, Directors, and senior stakeholders for approvals and execution About you You will ideally bring: Experience in company secretarial, governance, legal administration, or corporate support Strong understanding of ASIC compliance and statutory record-keeping requirements High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with Diligent Entities or Blueprint (highly regarded but not essential) Ability to work independently and take ownership within a small team Why this role exists This position ensures the accurate governance, compliance, and maintenance of corporate entities across a broad portfolio, supporting critical statutory obligations and enabling smooth operational governance across the business.
